And if you're one of the lucky few ready to join our family, we'll ensure we look after you.Your role In joining our team, you will support people with a disability and/or aged care needs within the services offered by Anglicare Disability Service in a person-centred manner that is respectful and meets the needs of people with a disability or age-related needs.This role requires a person who is flexible, resilient yet compassionate, and who has the willingness to learn. Your problem-solving and excellent communication skills will serve you well in this role as you work closely with others and independently to deliver the highest standard of care.What's needed Cert III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in supporting people with disabilities or aged care needs, with a willingness to undertake Cert III study.Completing the training modules of the NDIS Commission Quality Safety and You (NDIS Commission website).Completing the New Worker- NDIS induction module (NDIS Commission website).NDIS and Working With Children clearance.Why us?
