ABOUT THE ROLE Starting in May, this is a 4-month full-time contract, with potential for further opportunities within the business.
As a member of the FOGO project's resolution team, you'll handle customer inquiries, manage escalations, and provide general support to the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Address customer inquiries related to the FOGO program Manage both inbound and outbound calls Respond to email inquiries and customer requests Perform various clerical and project-related tasks as directed by the Manager of Customer Experience SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in a contact centre environment Previous customer service experience with Local Council (preferred) Familiarity with the Pathways system (preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills CULTURE You will work within a supportive, close-knit team.
Your strong work ethic and ability to work independently will be essential to your success in this collaborative environment.This position requires full-time office-based work.
