You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers. Previous experience in a health or aged care context is highly desirable.
