Team Leader Civil Maintenance || Fulltime | Band 4 ($92,026 - $101,457)Lower Murray Water (LMW) is a water corporation providing water services to urban and rural customers along the Murray River, fromWemba-Wemba Land (Kerang) through to Latji Latji Land (South Australian border). With just over 200 staff located in and around Mildura, Swan Hill, Kerang and Robinvale, we are responsible for servicing around 80,000 customers.We are looking for a dependable and team orientated person to join our Civil Maintenance Team,providing onsite support and supervision to a team responsible for the efficient delivery of civil maintenance and construction to support our customers and region to prosper.About the role:Reporting directly to the Manager Civil Maintenance, this role will work within a large multi skilled construction team and supervise the safeconstruction and maintenance of civil assets across LMW’s irrigation, drainage, water and sewer systems. To lead this highly skilled and efficient team,civil maintenance and leadership experience is crucial, however, prior water industry experience is preferred, but not essential.If this role interests you and you think you have what it takes, read further.
