We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator.
You will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, providing essential administrative support to various departments.
About the Role:
* Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming national calls with professionalism and warmth.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Manager and Sales, Service, and Rental teams.
* Manage key office tasks, including data entry, payroll timesheets, attendance registers, and stationery orders.
* Generate reports and assist with various administrative duties for the Branch manager.

* You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You are confident, independent, and maintain a professional demeanor.
* You are tech-savvy, with strong data entry and typing abilities.
* You are a team player with a keen eye for detail.
* You have proven general office and interpersonal skills.
* You have experience with data entry.
