About the Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Property Management to join their team and manage a shared portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the department with their daily tasks, helping to maintain an efficient workflow and support various projects to ensure smooth operations.
The Duties
1. Manage a small portfolio located in the central/city fringe suburbs
2. Listing & advertisement of properties
3. Open inspections & private viewings
4. Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
5. Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
6. Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings
7. Repairs and maintenance
8. SACAT hearings when required
9. Rental arrears management

10. Property Management Registration
