Seeking Senior Business Analyst HR/Payroll to be part of a large mission critical ERP program of work. Option to extend Senior Business Analyst is currently required for a 6 months contract with option to extend to determine business requirements on a brand new ERP system, with an emphasis on HR and or payroll. You will also be required to perform the following
* Conduct thorough analysis of HCM/payroll processes, systems, and data flows.
* Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
* Ensure the effective translation of business requirements to technology requirements in the form of user stories (functional and non-functional)
* Facilitating workshops, conducting one on one interviews, process mapping and utilising other methods including developing User Stories, and likely working to Agile sprint cycles.
* Liaise with vendor and delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications
* Develop comprehensive business process documentation
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Business Analyst who has demonstrated experience in determining business requirements and performing process analysis on large CRM/ERP programs with an emphasis on HCM or Payroll within an enterprise environment.
