You will be expected to attend site with a Service Technician to assist with service calls for Installations, repairs and maintenance and calibrations. You will work alongside the Service Technician where they will diagnose and implement solutions to technical problems associated to weighing equipment.Remuneration Remuneration indicated is a range and is dependent on skill-set, technical aptitude and experience. ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside an experienced Technician, you are required to:Ensure that service standards and objectives are being achieved.Usage of equipment and hand power toolsGeneral maintenance of work environmentManual handling / laboringAssist with performing duties of repairing, calibrating, and servicing weighing equipmentInstallation, service and calibration of weighbridgesProvide support to Service Technician when troubleshooting and testing of mechanical and digital scalesProvide assistance in documenting test results and provide complete paperworkProvide assistance with programming of equipment (calibration)Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment at all timesMaintain service vehicles, equipment, tools, and PPEComplete-time records, work orders, and logs each dayCreate a positive and respectful work environmentQualifications & ExperienceMust be reliable with a strong work ethicMust have a current drivers licenseMust be computer literateGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to self manage and work autonomouslyWillingness and ability to continuously learnPrompt, pleasant, positive attitude and follows instructions wellAbility to work well with others in a team environmentIf you feel you are this person please apply online.
