The roster is 52 hours per fortnight, 4 days per week. The roster details are – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:45am to 04:15pm. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have: Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential We’re making better, bigger.
