We have a new Technical Project Coordinator role available at Bupa within our Workplace Technology & Enablement team.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be assisting with the migration of users onto our AVD platform. We’re expanding AVD utilisation to cater for some specific business units and we’d like the successful candidate to work closely with those business stakeholders and help manage this change.
You’ll also help track and manage a subset of our windows 10 to 11 upgrade.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
* Be able to translate technical jargon into business language and vice versa.
* Have experience in project coordination or a similar role.
* Have experience working with Azure, AVD or Microsoft.
* Have deep technical knowledge (have come from an engineering or development background)
This is a 6-month day rate contracting role, that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide, you can enjoy the comfort of working from home, or use any of our head offices in these locations.
You will also need to visit some our stores within your area when required.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
* Tracking user migrations onto our new AVD platform.
* Engaging with business stakeholders including Heads of Technology and end-users on occasion.
* Engaging with change management teams and assisting with preparation of change requests.
* Maintaining an issues register.
* Setting up and monitoring hyper care queues.
* Setting up and maintaining an email support queue.
* Working with the onboarding teams to establish new onboarding processes.
* Working with support teams to establish onboarding and support changes.
* Providing technical guidance to team members.
* Working with both Access and Engineering teams to prepare deliverables.
