Family Law – Division Head – Accredited Specialist

Salary: Salary is open to discussion but can be from $200,000 to $250,000 DOE, if you are an Accredited Specialist and other factors.

About the position:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to step into a Division Head role and lead their dedicated family law team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a senior practitioner who enjoys mentoring others, driving business development and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You'll oversee a talented family law team including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, managing a high-quality mix of parenting, property, divorce and domestic violence matters. This role offers reduced billable targets (approx. 4.33 per day) to allow time for business development, team management and strategic input into the firm's future growth.
This position is ideal for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel ready to step into a leadership role, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge with genuine influence and autonomy.
Key Requirements:
8+ years PAE in Family Law, with strong leadership experience Accreditation is highly desirable Proven expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and DV matters Ability to lead and mentor junior team members Comfortable with business development and client relationship management A collaborative and driven mindset On offer:
