Your new role outline
The Works Delivery Manager is responsible for the Transmission Asset Engineering team of 9 and will focus on managing and coordinating the delivery of network programs and provide engineering advice and direction as a technical expert.
The role is based in Spring Hill.
Key Accountabilities Develop and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee transmission operating and capital programs.
Management, leadership and development of staff.
Monitor maintenance, refurbishment and replacement strategies and provide reports and recommendations based on asset condition, performance and risk.
Manage the performance of the Maintenance and Capital Works Programs in relation to resource management.
Provide technical support to other departments within the business.
Your Skills and Experience Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical.
Master's in Business, Asset Management would be desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Energy utilities business.
