About the opportunity
As a Financial Planner at Bridges, you’ll be accountable for managing the advice needs of existing clients, the conversion of prospective clients and the introduction of new clients to Bridges. You’ll do this by proactively sourcing, engaging and managing client referrals and key referral relationships, and leveraging the evolving Insignia Financial digital platforms and Advice processes to drive productivity, compliance and client engagement.
Client experience and care is the forefront of this role, being a seasoned professional, you’ll contribute to client experience, improvement initiatives and coach clients to adopt evolving technologies and processes. As a team player, you’ll work collaboratively with supporting team members and seek out opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues and continuously build capability of the broader team members, to ensure high levels of cross skilling and deep technical knowledge.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate
To ensure you can hit the ground running, you are RG146 Compliant and have passed the Adviser exam (mandatory for Authorisation). Additionally, have been through an approved course in Australian Tax Law and a course in Commercial Tax. If you also have an approved degree, it will help your application stand out from the rest.
