Your new company Our client is hiring an Assistant Accountant/Accountant who will collaborate with internal teams and potentially communicate with vendors, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support tax preparation.
Your new role This role will manage financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the accounts. Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the company's financial records. Assist with payroll processing for clients, ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Manage superannuation payments and reporting for clients. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, including experience in Payroll & Taxation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Salary - $75k - $85k + Super
