What You'll Do
As Club Growth & Engagement Manager, you will coordinate the WNBL's annual planning cycle and develop strong foundations for collaboration with clubs and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning & Implementation
o Develop and manage the WNBL annual planning calendar and business strategy
o Drive alignment of resources between WNBL team and clubs
o Coordinate key planning milestones and stakeholder meetings
o Support major strategic initiatives and business decisions
* Club Growth & Engagement
o Work with clubs to identify growth opportunities and support needs
o Advocate for club interests within the WNBL organization
o Facilitate connections between clubs and key WNBL/NBL personnel
o Drive collaboration and efficiency across departments
* Process & Policy Development
o Implement information sharing platforms for stakeholders
o Coordinate development of league policies and guidelines
o Support executive team with key presentations and meetings
o Monitor industry trends and generate insights for clubs
