So, what’s the job?
Please note that this is a 6-month contract role to support a critical period of growth in our business.
1. You'll coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple departments
2. You'll manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback
3. You'll assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
4. You'll maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up to date
5. You'll support the onboarding process by assisting with background checks, reference verification, and preparing new hire paperwork
6. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process
7. You'll provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

8. You'll have previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or an administrative role
9. You'll demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
10. You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. You'll be able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
12. You'll demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
13. You'll bring a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
14. You’ll be available for a 6-month contract
