Employee Relations Compliance Specialist Our client is on the lookout for an ER Wage Compliance Specialist to join their growing team.The Role As the Employee Relations Wage Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust compliance strategy and framework.This role involves providing expert advice and support on wage compliance concerns related to employee and industrial relations.You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's wage practices comply.This involves conducting regular audits and providing guidance on wage compliance issues.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust compliance strategy and framework for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.Provide expert advice and support on wage compliance concerns, offering valuable input on management strategies.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of employment relations adhere to legal requirements.Support the Employee Relations Consultancy program and wage & entitlement compliance projects.Develop governance, frameworks, and systems to enable sustainable compliance and successful implementation of strategies.Perform ongoing audits and evaluations to identify areas of risk or opportunity for improvement.About You Proven experience in designing and implementing robust compliance strategies and frameworks for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including wage & entitlement compliance.Strong experience providing specialist advice and support on employee relations and industrial relations compliance matters, contributing valuable input on management strategies.Expertise in industrial instrument compliance, interpretation, and implementation, ensuring all aspects of employment relations align with state and federal law.Bachelor's degree in law, business, or human resources, with a focus on employment and industrial relations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
