Job Title: Corporate Access Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role is part of our global corporate access team at a leading investment bank.
Key Responsibilities
* Domestic Research Roadshows: Manage roadshow dates and calendars, create invitations, and coordinate logistics.
* Offshore Non-Deal and Deal Roadshows: Organize virtual, hybrid, or in-person events.
* Results Season Logistics: Coordinate in-person, hybrid, or virtual events (twice a year).
* Corporate Roadshows: Organize in-person and virtual events.
* Internal and Client-Facing Events: Plan company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings, and relationship-building events.
* Global Conferences: Liaise with offshore teams and communicate conference details to local sales teams.
* Domestic Conferences: Manage venues, contracts, keynote speakers, and corporate meetings.
* Calendar Management: Maintain and update daily and weekly corporate access calendars.

About Us
This role offers a day rate between $450-580 per day plus superannuation, equivalent to a base salary of $125-$150k per annum.
