Your Opportunity As part of our strategic growth, we have a vacant Senior Facility Planner role in our Infrastructure Planning & Delivery group. The Infrastructure Planning & Delivery Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose and vision and enhances the liveability of our communities through safeguarding financial and economic sustainability of the business, planning to meet the needs of our customers and management of the long-term water cycle and our environmental responsibilities. Our Integrated Planning team is essential in shaping the vision and objectives of our policies and servicing strategies. The team is responsible for building, adapting, and implementing plans for catchments, water supply zones, and data systems to define performance targets, establish investment pathways, and develop Strategic Business Cases—all driving an affordable, sustainable, and deliverable portfolio to achieve key objectives. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about operational excellence, have strong engagement and communication skills, and thrive when working on complex, impactful projects. You will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) Bring experience in process engineering, facility planning, asset management, or integrated planning within the Water, Energy, Resources, or broader utility sectors Demonstrate the ability to manage complex and diverse asset planning programs, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on time, with a strong focus on safety, environmental and commercial outcomes Exhibit a project management mindset, with the ability to coordinate teams, build relationships, and drive energy to deliver results RPEQ qualification is highly desirable.
