The role:
As a Principal Business Change Manager, you will manage strategic and operational change activities within a large scale organisational transformation program, business change management, benefits, realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
You will also ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that can be monitored throughout the project Lifecyle and post implementation.
