About the role
Civeo Australia are looking for experienced Head Chefs to work closely with the Village & Catering Managers to deliver exceptional food to our Villages across WA.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation for the village.
This is a fly-in-fly-out role (FIFO) departing from Perth on 8:6 rosters.

Requirements
* Experience 5+ years' cumulative chef experience, preferably working in a large hotel or remote village environment (FIFO or DIDO)
* At least 3+ years supervising and managing a team of chefs
* Experience with ordering, storing, preparing and delivering food service
* Strong experience in a bulk/batch cooking environment.Ordering, profit and wastage reportingClient relationship management and support
Skills and Knowledge
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
* Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environment
* Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Applied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirements
* Intermediate skills with regards to Microsoft Office applications
* Budgetary and analytical skills
* Knowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage
You must have a valid driver's licence (Class C).
