In this role, you’ll work closely with the Salesforce Change Manager to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organisation, focusing on engaging and supporting the people impacted by this transformation. The Project Our client is a global leader in their industry, undertaking a Salesforce transformation to unify and enhance the customer journey. As a Change Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting employees through this change, fostering understanding and adoption within the business. The Role Assist the Change Manager with implementing people-centred change initiatives to support the Salesforce transformation Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand concerns and support their journey through the change process Support the communication and training plans, helping team members adapt to new processes within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds Act as a bridge between project goals and employee needs, ensuring the change is understood and embraced at all levels The Skills Required: Some experience with Salesforce, ideally with a familiarity in Sales and Service Clouds Understanding of change management principles, with a focus on the people side of change Background in communication, training, or business support within a project environment Ability to build relationships and support stakeholders Experience within FMCG is highly desirable, however manufacturing and supply-chain will also be considered.
