The organisation offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, providing opportunities for professionals to contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of communities and the built environment.Job Description:Deliver design and drafting work as directed by the General Manager.Perform detailed calculations for project designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Prepare and present plans, reports, and digital data for submission to Local and State Authorities.Maintain the company's filing system, including drawings, reports, and documentation in hard copy and digital formats.Liaise with Local and State Authorities to facilitate project approvals.Ensure timely and accurate information transmission to external stakeholders.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Skills & Experience Required:Industry Experience – Proven experience in a similar civil design role, with a strong understanding of engineering principles, methods, and industry standards.Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of design systems and procedures, with expertise in AutoCAD, 12D Model, and Microsoft Office.Teamwork & Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Time Management & Organisation – Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and achieve set objectives in a fast-paced environment.Problem-Solving Skills – Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, identify key insights, and develop effective solutions.Attention to Detail – A meticulous and organised approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Accountability & Integrity – Takes ownership of work, demonstrating responsibility, credibility, and commitment to company values.Required EducationAssociate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification; orProven industry experiences meeting the expectations of the General Manager.Apply below in strict confidence or callHarry Presdee on 0423 051 339Please note that due to a high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
