About this opportunity We're looking for a motivated Administration Officer who is passionate and ready to take on a new challenge. In this role you will play a pivotal part in in ensuring the smooth operations of our NDIS services and programs whilst building and fostering key relationship within our team. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to: Rostering & Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the rostering of supports for participants, ensuring efficient scheduling that meets their needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant schedules and staff availability. Assist in the allocation of staff to participants based on needs and preferences. Communicate with team members to ensure clarity and alignment regarding schedules and support delivery. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and administrative documents as needed. Keep participant and staff records organised and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and guidelines. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively engaging in team-building activities and initiatives. Location: This role will be based in the office, located at Melton, VIC About You Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in an rostering/administrative support and/or a customer service focused role, preferably within the NDIS / Disability / Aged Care or Health sector. • Familiarity with disability services or the NDIS framework (training can be provided). • Experience working in diverse populations and ensuring cultural sensitivity. • Basic knowledge of disability rights legislation and advocacy principles. • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite • An understanding of direct care terminology, relevant to this sector • An understanding or experience in general accreditation and standards • Valid Driver’s License (essential) • A NDIS Clearance check (essential)
