Full TimeJob Number: R2601Applications Close: 4pm, Thursday 27 March 2025About The OpportunityIn this role, you'll provide efficient operational and technical support, assist in improving service delivery through system enhancements, and ensure seamless user experience for both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with the Service Desk Team Leader to implement best practices while delivering professional, friendly, and responsive customer service. If you have a keen eye for problem-solving, a customer-first mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
What You Will BringIdeally the successful applicant will have the following:
Post-secondary qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV level), or currently studying, Information Systems. (For example, Certificate IV in IT etc.) and/or relevant experience in the area of Information SystemsProven experience working with business process and/or IT concepts and maintaining and installing major software applicationsProven expertise in delivering services within a service desk environmentProven ability to complete assigned tasks within established deadlinesProven experience working with project teams preferably during the implementation of business-related softwareHold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employmentCurrent drivers licenceSalary and conditionsThe position is classified within Band 5 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $77,725.96 to $89,201.84 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
