The Psychology Department is progressive and supportive of staff, providing great opportunities for knowledge and skill development through supervision and a professional development program. What you’ll be doing The Clinical Psychologist will provide clinical services to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients as part of the Allied Health Team. Alfred Health’s ICU is a 61 Bed unit and is the largest in Australia. The psychology role in the ICU is the only one if its kind in Australia and thus a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and developing service. In this role, you will provide clinical services to ICU patients as part of the dynamic and skilled Allied Health Team. You will have the opportuntity to participate in a range of Psychology and ICU learning activities. You will be a senior member of The Alfred Health Psychology Department. About you Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology General Registration as a Psychologist and endorsement (or willingness to undertake) as a Clinical Psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 If at Grade 3, Approved Supervisor status with Psychology Board of Australia or willingness to undertake training.
