About the Role As an EUC Engineer, you will provide exceptional technical support, resolve complex IT challenges, and deliver tailored solutions across dynamic environments. This role offers a high base salary, a shift allowance, and an exciting mix of FIFO site work and on-the-ground responsibilities in Perth. Key Responsibilities Technical Support : Build rapport and elicit problem details from desktop clients. Provide remote support via telephone, web logging, and email. Liaise with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Solution Development : Produce solution designs, test, and implementation plans to package applications. Undertake maintenance and management tasks as per contracted scopes of work. Process and Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation in line with contractual obligations. Participate in ongoing continuous improvement activities. Efficiently manage tasks through the Incident Management System, ensuring timely resolution. ITIL Compliance : Utilize and adhere to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management. Follow company methodologies, standards, and procedures, such as the Business Management System (BMS) and Service Management Methodology (SMM). Key Skills and Experience Experience in EUC engineering or similar IT support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint security. Proven ability to design and implement solutions for application packaging and deployment. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management methodologies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.
