THE ROLE
Prospecting and lead generation
1. Research and source opportunities, identify decision-makers, turn prospects into leads, and execute new engagements.
2. Develop leads and continue engagement with prospective leads
3. Call new potential prospects
4. Conduct regular competitor analysis
5. Attend networking events to understand, engage and build new business opportunities
6. Stay up to date on trends and solutions and build thought leadership / consulting capabilities.
7. Leverage on contact network to meet and build a strong relationship with new business opportunities
8. Send prospective emails to businesses
9. Build, pipeline of prospects
10. Build strong relationships with our partner ecosystem to generate leads.
11. Assist in the organisation and execution of marketing events.
New opportunity management and closing
12. Manage, qualify, and prioritise sales opportunities
13. Prospect, consult and sell business solutions and services to prospective customers
14. Develop strategic sales plans to target and sign new business.
15. Create and contribute to the Sales Pitch in collaboration with the Delivery, Experience Services, Resource Management and Sales Department.
16. Work constructively with our internal teams to deliver winning proposals
17. Create win-plans for active opportunities and execute
18. Managed and collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to complete required RFPs
19. Update and maintain forecast
20. Maintain CRM and ensure prospect information is up to date and accurate
THE CANDIDATE
21. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. More than 10 years of work experience in IT Consulting industry
22. Experience in selling pure IT services/ professional services coming from eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, analytics or business intelligence platform partners
23. Demonstrate a good understanding of digital transformation
24. Good experience of working with enterprise grade clients in the past in various industries such as FMCG, CPG, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Health & Life Sciences industries
25. Having relationships within the relevant platform partner ecosystem would be a huge plus
26. At least 5 years of experience in selling and driving professional services business with large-scale Asia based organizations
