We're looking for a talented administrator to provide support to our People & Culture team working Thursdays and Fridays, with the ability to pick up additional hours to assist with leave coverage.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Timely recruitment and onboarding processes in liaison with the People & Culture Coordinator and department managers.Assisting with embedding clear processes and procedures for our new recruitment and onboarding system.Collaborating with our People & Culture Coordinator on HR initiatives, keeping up to date with best practice recruitment practices and looking at ways to be innovative in how we work.Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.You should apply if you:
