We're on the lookout for a HV Maintenance Administrator to join our team in North Ryde!
In this role, you'll ensure that all key result areas align with Boral's values and strategic plan while providing top-notch administrative support.This is a permanent, full-time position based in North Ryde, reporting to the Logistics Manager .
You'll be responsible for managing purchase orders, work orders, fleet compliance, and site administration, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory adherence.Your Day Will Involve :Daily maintenance of all purchase orders for serviceDaily maintenance of HRV Assets in MaximoManaging asset transfers, changes, new asset set up and disposals in MaximoRaising purchase orders for Capex (as required)Onboarding and training of new suppliersManage compliance reporting of service completed on time, late or cancelledCompile data and complete monthly reportsWhat Are We Looking For?Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service and administration.Knowledge of transport and heavy vehicles.Familiarity with NHVAS compliance (preferred but not essential).Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Oracle eAM, and Maximo.Understanding of purchasing protocols.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.What's on Offer?Full-time, permanent role with overtime opportunities.Competitive salary package + laptop.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders.Genuine career growth opportunities at Boral Australia.Access to employee support programs and networks.
