If you're a first-time foreperson, you'll start by getting to know our subcontractor partners, clients and the broader SHAPE team. It's about connecting you with the entire process so you can learn and grow. If you're a more experienced foreperson and you'd like to become a Site Manager at some stage, we can help fast track your ambitions and make it happen for you.
