Executive Director, Director of Human Resources

This is a permanent full-time position within a reputable Catholic college.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading employee and workplace services.
The salary range is $160,000 - $180,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The location of this role is Brisbane.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic direction for human resources in alignment with the college's strategic plan.
2. Direct and manage extensive HR operations for approximately 495 staff members.
3. Oversee recruitment, professional reviews, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
4. Manage industrial relations and resolve employee disputes and grievances.
5. Support the development and professional learning of staff to enhance workplace relations.

Your Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to support and develop staff through regular monitoring, professional learning, and effective employee relations practices.
* Significant experience in leading the delivery of high-quality employee and workplace services and systems to a broad range of staff and leaders.
* Industrial Relations Expertise: Proven experience in handling industrial relations matters, employee disputes, grievances, claims, and tribunal proceedings.
* A blue card for working with children.
