The Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to handle a large volume of calls and act as a first point of contact for our new and existing customers.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Lead, your main responsibilities will be: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service within designated timeframes.Take full ownership of managing online platforms, handling web inquiries, and processing online orders.Professionally handle large volume of email and phone inquiries from new, existing, and potential customers across all communication channels.Proactively escalate technical issues or complex queries to the E-Commerce Sales Lead for resolution.Provide robust sales support to the national sales team, including accurate and timely order entry.Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive cost savings and enhance service quality, efficiency, and safety.Actively follow up on quotes and inbound sales inquiries, converting them into successful sales within the appropriate timeframe.About You: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing or Construction industries.Skilled in reading and interpreting hydraulic plans, house plans, and analyzing technical information with accuracy.Confident communicator with a strong ability to engage directly with both retail and industry customers.Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships.Quick-thinking, with the ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.Meticulous attention to detail, paired with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with hands-on experience using CRM systems.About Us Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
