In this role, you'll take charge of the entire end-to-end implementation, overseeing both SuccessFactors Payroll and Workforce time and attendance systems.With Preceda support ending in early 2026, we need an experienced project leader to steer the 2025 implementation, working closely with Global HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with global templates and processes. You'll also collaborate with an implementation partner to deliver a seamless and compliant solution that meets local and global standards.Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Drive the project from planning through to go-live by Q3 2025, managing timelines, scope, and budgets with precision.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, including executives and global teams, maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations.Implementation Expertise: Use your experience with payroll and time & attendance systems in large organisations (5,000+ employees) to ensure a smooth transition.Collaboration: Work alongside both local and global HR and IT teams, keeping the project aligned with global templates and standards.Vendor Management: Oversee the systems integrator (SI) partner, ensuring high-quality, on-budget deliverables.What You Bring Extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for 5000+ users as a Project ManagerProven experience leading large-scale payroll and time & attendance system implementations within Australian businesses.Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and manage global stakeholders.Demonstrated track record of managing budgets, scope, and vendor relationships effectively.Confidence in managing expectations and communication with senior stakeholders.Experience with Preceda-to-SuccessFactors Payroll migration (nice to have).What's in it for me?
