The Learning and Knowledge Team plays a key role in providing our frontline employees and partners with innovative learning experiences that leave a lasting impression, drive high performing teams, and keep our business safe.
Reporting into the Senior Manager Learning & Knowledge, the Learning Design & Delivery Consultant will design and deliver learning solutions for frontline employees and partners.

Responsibilities:
Be a trusted learning advisor through partnering with stakeholders and project teams to understand learning needs and develop and deliver innovative learning experiences.
Deliver, or supervise the delivery of, a full suite of in-house training including induction, core-to-role technical and soft skill learning, compliance learning, CPD learning, organisational development learning, and other learning initiatives as identified.
Develop and publish interactive and engaging e-learning course content and instructional material for online delivery, including text, graphics, interactive elements, and rich media, using a variety of media and web content applications, audio, and video capture programs.
Ensure design and development of procedural content and learning materials utilises adult education methodologies and instructional design approaches.
Drive the strategic partnership with enterprise L&D to ensure consistency in delivery of content.
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in partnering and working with different business stakeholders and functions in financial services.
Understanding of different learning and communication styles and knowledge management principles.
Experience and immense curiosity in the design of high-quality learning solutions with a continuous improvement and simplification focus.
Expertise with media production software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and 2D animation (Adobe Animate).
Solid experience in e-learning tools and technologies e.g., Articulate 360, SCORM, including at least one LMS e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors etc.
As an expert in Learning, you will develop and drive the front line and partner learning strategy, creating learning pathways.
