Service Designer Role

* Design & Implement Systems: Lead the creation of efficient, user-friendly processes and frameworks that enhance service delivery in line with the organisations strategy.
* Document Development: Play a key role in drafting, refining, and maintaining essential documents that underpin our operations.
* Autonomous Problem-Solving: Work independently to identify gaps, improve workflows, and bring your ideas to life.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery model.
* End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full accountability for projects-own them from ideation to implementation.
* Continuous Improvement: Assess current systems, projects, gather insights, and introduce meaningful changes.

Requirements
* Passion for Structure & Creativity: Someone who loves designing processes but also has a creative flair for developing engaging, practical solutions.
* Experience in a Federated Work Environment: The RSL uses a Federated model and experience working in this style of organisation is greatly regarded.
* Self-Starter & Independent Thinker: We need someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn't need constant direction.
* Document Development Expertise: Strong skills in writing, formatting, and structuring documents for clarity and usability.
* Flexible & Adaptable Mindset: Comfort in navigating change and pivoting when needed to ensure project success.
* Accountability & Drive: The ability to see projects through and take responsibility for their success.
* Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with different teams to gather insights and deliver results.
