Reporting to the HR Director, you will be leading the payroll function. Managing payroll team and also payroll for over 1000 employees ; end to end processed on Preceda/ Dayforce.
The role would suit a hands on Payroll Manager with strong experience in end to end processing using Preceda/ Dayforce.

Responsibilities:
Managing & Mentoring a payroll team and end to end payroll process on Preceda/ Dayforce. Provide accurate information for the processing of payroll tax, superannuation and other required information. Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to payroll, and submit them to the appropriate people. Manage, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits including the end of financial year PAYG. Administer payroll data as required. Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process. Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to financial reports. Process and issue employee payslips within time frames. Ensure compliance with employee and business confidentiality.
