The Role The Assistant Boutique Manager will work very closely with the Store Manager and will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and developing a dedicated team and ensure they are successful in delivering unparalleled service and expert guidance on a range of exquisite luxury watch collections while working with a selective clientele. Your exceptional leadership skills will ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering impeccable customer service and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising. Skills & Experience Previous experience working in a management role within the luxury or premium industry. Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive the performance of the store and the individuals within your team and exceed the targets. Results driven approach with an ability to manage a high-volume flagship store environment. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and flexibility to work around the needs of the business. A genuine appreciation for the craftsmanship of luxury watches.
