Position:
Paws Up Montana is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager to own and elevate Paws Up's social media presence.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Social Media Manager will increase awareness of the Paws Up brand; build and nurture the company's social media community; amplify owned and earned marketing efforts; and drive growth, engagement, and revenue using a data-driven approach to social management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a dynamic social content calendar that effectively tells and amplifies the brand story, generates buzz, connects with consumers, and supports business needs across social channels (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Create posts, IG Reels, TikTok videos, and other bite-size content using company-owned photos and video, as well as third-party partner, influencer, and UGC assets.
Establish and track measurable KPIs and annual targets across all social media efforts.
Generate monthly reports that measure success across social media channels and provide data-driven insights that inform your recommendations.
Build and nurture a vibrant social media community, encouraging engagement and monitoring and responding to all messages, comments, and tags.
Work with other Marketing Team members to ensure content is aligned across channels.
Optimize social strategies (including testing frequency, timing, messaging, and content type) to determine what is most effective and engaging.
Identify new trends and technologies to help evolve social media strategy.
Seek out and elevate strategic partnership opportunities on key social platforms.
Provide additional Marketing Team support as needed (photo shoot prep, collateral development, graphic design, etc.).
Looking for team members with:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Experience creating and managing innovative brand content to strategically drive engagement, growth, loyalty, booking conversions, and industry leadership.
Proven track record of success in social media, preferably in luxury hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication skills (including impeccable grammar and attention to detail).
Experience in photo editing, video editing, creative design, and content management.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
Team player who enjoys both working independently and collaborating across departments to achieve the best results.
Follows industry trends and has a growth-oriented mindset.
