* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven technical management skills through all project delivery phases.
About You
* Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in design, engineering, and design/construction management involvement in Solar Farm projects.
* Qualified professional engineer to Bachelor of Engineering level.
* Understanding of cost control and budget preparation, with the ability to manage projects to budget.
* Technical aptitude, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to manage client and key stakeholder expectations.
