* Accurate data entry
* Will be supported in a sometimes fast-paced environment
* Creating documents and written communication
* General department-specific administration duties
* Provide support to staff on various tasks and projects
* Create and maintain various records and correspondence, both manual and electronic
* Communicate with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the company
* Some weekend work may be required
* Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and patient enquiries
