About the role Band 4 - base salary from $96,300 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience Join TasNetworks and play a key role in ensuring reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction through effective network outage coordination within our Electrical Services team. As an Outage Coordinator, you will be responsible for validating and submitting network outage requests to optimise efficiency and minimise customer impact. Your role will focus on ensuring clear and timely communication with customers affected by planned outages while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. As an Outage Coordinator, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders regularly and ensure customers are effectively advised about planned outages. The role is required to coordinate and submit NAO requests, review processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose, and manage incident responses in accordance with TasNetworks systems and procedures. About you If you hold an Electrical Practitioner’s Licence and/or an Advanced Diploma of ESI – Power Systems OR if you have extensive practical expertise with industry experience and demonstrated experience in outage management and/or network operations, we welcome your application. The Outage Coordinator is a critical checkpoint before planned outages occur, therefore exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential to the success of this role, as is the ability to interpret technical information and apply a practical understanding of electrical networks.
