The Role:
Community Solutions are currently seeking individuals who share our company values and have a passion to enter the Finance Industry. This 24-month Finance Traineeship will contribute to the commercial sustainability of the business through the provision of advice, expertise and operational delivery of day-to-day costing/financial, procurement and project administration services.
You will organise and/or assist with the ordering and purchasing of supply of project requirements to allow infrastructure delivery related work to proceed in a timely manner. On completion, the successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Financial Services.
Accountabilities include:
Undertaking financial and timesheet transactions in relation to daily costings, revenue claims and work orders
Review and update project costing as per the Asset Maintenance Management System (AMMS)
Monitor the financial position of projects and work orders
Undertake “End of Month” and “On Request” financial reporting
