Our client is a highly successful, award-winning national real estate agency with multiple offices in each state. This role will allow the successful candidate full autonomy to create their own policies, procedures, and run the Queensland portfolio to their liking.

The Role:
1. Managing a portfolio of 135 properties
2. Arrears management
3. Maintenance management
4. Preparing new leases
5. Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections
6. Writing relevant reports
7. Tenant sign-ups
8. Liaising with owners and tenants
9. No trust accounting
10. The larger your portfolio grows, the more staff will be onboarded
11. Create your own policies and procedures
12. Manage the Queensland office!
The Successful Candidate:
1. 3+ years of property management experience
2. QLD Certificate of Registration
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Solid written & verbal communication skills
6. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
7. Corporate presentation
8. Valid driver's license
