Position Information Moss Vale High is a comprehensive Years 7-12 school located in the Southern Highlands with an enrolment of 752 students, including 41 Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students. Selection Criteria Approval to teach Visual Impairment (Secondary) and Visual Impairment (Primary). Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills and the capacity to effectively communicate across all stakeholders within the school context, including students, parent/carers, external agencies and the wider community, to build and enhance a culture of inclusivity. Demonstrated understanding of visual impairments, with an in-depth knowledge of the various types of visual impairments, their impact on learning and the support required. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
