In addition, it provides oversight for IT and some Corporate Functions and attends to taxation returns for the firm and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the firm's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Utilise APS software for efficient financial reporting and analysis.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm's growth and success.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Provide insightful financial advice to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Mentor and support junior admin and finance staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an accounting or professional services firm.Strong proficiency in APS software and Excel.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage financial projects.A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA are required.How to ApplyReady to take the next step in your career?
