About the opportunity Join our dynamic team at the Cardinia Cultural Centre (CCC) as a Senior Venue Activation Officer. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of functions and events, driving business development and commercial sales while fostering local creative industries and community engagement. This position follows a rotating work schedule from Tuesday-Saturday. You will make an impact by Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality functions and events. Overseeing the setup, logistics, and smooth operation of all events and festivals. Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Administering contracts and agreements, including preparation, negotiation, and management. Driving business development initiatives to increase commercial sales and revenue. What you will bring Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute functions and events, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience in driving business development initiatives, increasing commercial revenue, and developing strategic partnerships Experience in administering contracts and financial tasks. Ability to develop and implement diverse and engaging event programs. Strong networking skills and active participation in industry associations.
