Part Time & Full Time hours are available.As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and engaging with your team whilst demonstrating an excellent customer focus, committed to creating a great experience for all at Cargo.You will be someone who thrives in a busy venue while demonstrating:Positive professionalism, a naturally friendly and engaging personality who is committed, dependable and enjoys a challenge.Dining experience in a similar setting - Casual DiningA 'can do' attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamCalm and caring leadership style who understands the importance of a positive team culture.Passion for food, beer and people.A minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Manager or SupervisorExperience using SevenRooms ideal but not essentialMore specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:Along with the Restaurant Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the venue - including opening, closing and everything in between.Daily cash handling and reconciliationEnd to end management of the hospitality team – hiring, training and development along with rostering.Communicating effectively with management and the team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.Liaise regularly with the Head Chef, Restaurant Manager & General Manager about daily operations, upcoming bookings and events.Achieve financial goals/budgets, wages and cost of goods control.Oversee social media platforms.Implement and abide by health and safety protocols.If you feel like you have what it takes we'd welcome the opportunity to meet with you, please forward your resume and we'll be in touch.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have experience preparing work rosters?How many years' experience do you have as an assistant restaurant manager?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have reconciliations experience?#J-18808-Ljbffr
