Customer Success Manager Opportunity Your Mission: As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact after the sales cycle, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You'll be the trusted advisor ensuring they maximize the power of EventsAir. Who You’ll Work With: From Professional Conference Organizers and Associations to Educational Institutions and Government Departments, you’ll manage a diverse customer base, ensuring their long-term success with EventsAir. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage & coordinate multiple customer onboarding and training projects. Customize training plans using our Online Learning Management Platform & coaching sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and integrations. Drive customer engagement through regular check-ins, training, and strategic guidance. Identify opportunities for growth and connect customers with Account Managers. Document customer insights & interactions to continuously enhance the customer experience. What You Need to Succeed: ✅ 4 years of experience in a Customer Success role (ideally in SaaS or Tech). ✅ Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. ✅ A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a sense of urgency & ownership. ✅ Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
