DESCRIPTION In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products Experience in a management is preferred but not essential Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment QUALIFICATIONS day to day processing of time sheets, toolbox talks, work permits
